Reference for Orford Construction.

A few years ago I had a major new section added to my "historical" cottage in St James. What was particularly challenging for me was that this project needed handling while I was thousands of miles away in the USA. The cottage had a very very special place in my heart and represented so much more than "bricks and mortar" to me.
My architect referred me to Julian Orford.

I can honestly say that this very challenging task was made entirely manageable by the team, guided by Julian Orford. The project manager was an absolute gem! Not only did he cope with the physical aspect of the project, but the very tricky task of undertaking this without a proper road to the cottage.....there was a lot of co-operation between 2 or 3 neighbours, and keeping my anxious nervous system reassured,
thousands of miles away on a different continent.

Once the project was completed, I continued to use Julian's team for some other projects at the cottage. In fact he became like a trusted family uncle to me, advising and helping me to make choices as to what should be done at various stages.

I highly recommend the Orford Contruction team.
